Skills and Qualifications:

2. Valid Member of IHRM.
3. A minimum of 6 years relevant experience, 2 of which must be in a middle management position.
4. Experience in human resource management in a manufacturing environment.
5. Hands-on experience in recruitment, performance & talent management, and succession planning.
